SIM TechExec, formerly the SIM Executive Leadership Retreat, is a dynamic event for CIOs, CTOs, and senior technology and digital leaders! This gathering is designed to create intentional opportunities for you to connect with your peers, collaborate and learn from the shared experiences of thought leaders on the most pressing topics confronting technology leadership in our rapidly diversifying and evolving environment, and contribute to your development as an exceptional leader and equip you to be a better strategic driver for your organization.  

SIM TechExec will once again be held in conjunction with TechServe Alliance Executive Summit. This year will also offer unparalleled networking opportunities with managers for procurement of IT Services for some of the largest U.S. companies.

New this Year! SIM and TechServe will be joined by SIM's IT Procurement Working Group ITPWG. ITPWG will host their own track of sessions and will join the entire conference community for specific general and keynote sessions. Our hope is that by inviting our ITPWG community to the conference, we will foster collaboration among the different professions and be able to offer another perspective and viewpoint on the industry trends. SIM invites any IT Procurement Professional to join us. Registration is being offered at a steep discounted rate for our IT Procurement Professionals. 

SIM TechExec will offer greater opportunity for collaboration and networking during joint general sessions, some smaller breakouts and networking events open to attendees from both communities.

Educational sessions that are combined will focus on content that allows for collaborative deep-dive explorations of the challenges and solutions for recruiting, retaining and developing IT & Engineering talent.  
 

Our entire event will celebrate the values and generosity of the SIM and TechServe Alliance communities. Each day will feature opportunities to give back through the SIM Foundation. All funds donated to the SIM Foundation will support SIM chapter outreach efforts and our national non-profit alliance partners, FIRST and NPower.
