Kristy Litchford is a strategic, user-centric technology executive with over
23 years of experience spanning business and IT leadership. As Vice
President at McKesson, she leads Corporate Functions and Employee
Enablement, driving initiatives that enhance user experience and foster
innovation at one of the nation’s largest healthcare companies.
Kristy holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Marquette
University. Her career began at Northwestern Mutual, where she
advanced through roles in engineering, business architecture, and
relationship management, culminating in the launch of the company’s
first Digital Workplace. She later joined The Campbell Company, building their Digital Workplace Team
and expanding her leadership to include HR, Communications, Legal, Facilities, Corporate Security, and
Cloud Engineering. At Campbell’s, she championed responsible cloud adoption as executive sponsor of
the Cloud Center of Excellence.
In October 2025, Kristy joined McKesson to lead the employee experience transformation as part of the
company’s AIM28 initiative, leveraging AI and digital technologies to streamline operations, elevate the
employee experience, and improve health outcomes for all.
Kristy is a graduate of the nationally recognized Society for Information Management’s Regional
Leadership Forum (2013) and the Executive Regional Leadership Forum (2016). She was named “Digital
Workplace Leader of the Year” in 2022 by the Digital Workplace Group, a global community of
likeminded Digital Workplace practitioners.
Kristy and her husband, Glenn, have two children, one attending UW-Milwaukee and the other at the
Georgia Institute of Technology. Alongside their professional careers, they also own three small
businesses in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
