Dwayne Allen is SVP & CTO at Unisys, a global IT services company. Reporting to the CEO, he focuses on strategic growth priorities of the CEO and Board, currently Generative AI & Agentic AI. He also has responsibility for Innovation, Intellectual Property, Patents, and Architecture orchestration across the company. As a Digital & IT thought leader, he has deep experience driving outcomes in multiple industries, international breadth, having worked in 15 countries (50+ cities), and has executed over 25 acquisitions and 5 divestitures.

Prior to Unisys, Dwayne held IT executive roles at Microsoft, Masonite, Cummins, Fifth Third Bank, Wells Fargo, and Marriott International. Dwayne is currently on the board of directors at Cross Country Healthcare (NASDAQ: CCRN) and The Bancorp (NASDAQ: TBBK) is past board director of KPIT Technologies in Pune, India (NSE: KPITTECH). He is also a member of the McKinsey Innovators Roundtable and Harvard Business Review Advisory Council. Dwayne earned an MBA from George Washington University, a Bachelors degree from the University of Virginia, and completed the Yale University leadership program.
