experience spans multiple sectors including
Industrials, Financial Services, Utilities, Healthcare,
Consumer Products, Hospitality and Emerging
Technology. Throughout her career she has served a
diverse client base, ranging from the Fortune 50 to
venture backed portfolio companies.
Ms. Egol has a successful track record in executing C-
level searches throughout functional disciplines
including; Engineering, Cyber, Digital Innovation &
Product Management, Infrastructure, Data & Analytics,
AI and Cloud Operations on a global scale.
She thrives on leading transformational searches and
is respected for her client service, commercial
orientation, strategic thinking and passion for executive
search.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Egol was a founder of
search firms focused Financial Officers, as well as a
former director for the world’s largest professional
search firm. She began her career in Corporate
Finance allowing her to have a first-hand
understanding for Executive Officer searches.
Ms. Egol earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business
Management from New York University. Outside of
work, she is an avid cyclist, traveler and novice
oenologist. She resides in the New York area with her
husband and daughter.
