Amir Khayat is the CEO and co-founder of Vorlon. Amir brings over 17 years of technology experience with focus on cyber, across software development and Go-To-Market.
Prior to Vorlon, Amir led a group of global managers and solutions architect specialists at Palo Alto Networks (PANW) as a Senior Director in Sales Engineering. Previously, Amir was Demisto’s 1st US employee, focused on technical sales, building it to an important size before it was acquired by Palo Alto Networks for over $500MM.
Amir served in the Israeli Defense Forces as a commander and combat soldier at the Paratrooper’s Elite Operations Unit. He graduated from Reichman University, Herzliya, Israel (IDC) with a B.A. in Computer Science, and he holds an M.B.A from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Amir lives in the Bay Area with his wife and three children.
